Salary : $105,000+ per year (based on experience) plus bonuses

Position Overview : We are seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney with at least two years of personal injury experience, either on the plaintiff or defense side.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for representing injured individuals, a desire to build a reputation within the community, and an aspiration to become a leader in the bar.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
• Attend depositions and court hearings.
• Develop trial experience with the option to focus on motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, and products liability cases.
• Collaborate with partners and support staff to maximize case outcomes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional legal support.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Iowa.
• Minimum of two years of personal injury law experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage cases.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to client advocacy.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
