Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the RN Navigator coordinates cancer patient care and acts as a patient advocate.
This includes monitoring patients through screening / diagnostic evaluation, assisting them with navigation through healthcare systems, providing education and emotional care supportive to or restorative of life and well-being, and identification and support in the development of programs and services to enhance patient care and support.
The RN Navigator also provides education for general surgery patients.

Required Qualifications :
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years of Clinical nursing experience as Registered Nurse
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) upon hire
- 3 years of Outpatient experience in a healthcare setting
- Oncology experience
