- Lead and manage full cycle recruitment process for our San Antonio office, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Implement recruiting strategies specific to the local job market to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, local networking events, and community partnerships.
- Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for our San Antonio team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in our San Antonio office to understand their specific hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices.
- Manage candidate relationships, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience for our San Antonio candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports specific to our San Antonio office.
- Stay up-to-date with local job market trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes for our San Antonio office.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
