We at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas.

Business Unit Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role preferable as a Shift Manager or Production Supervisor
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment
- Excellent understanding of production processes, quality control, and operational efficiency in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive continuous improvement, and achieve production targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Communication & Collaboration : Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal / external stakeholders.
Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization.
