We are actively seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Wakefield, MA, for a temporary maternity leave coverage position.

Position Details :
- Location : Wakefield, Massachusetts
- Coverage Duration : Mid-September through early December
- Hours : 8 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Caseload : Elementary level students, focusing on enhancing communication skills and supporting individual learning needs
- Pay Rate : Starting at $42+ per hour, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities :
Therapy Services : Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students, addressing various communication disorders and supporting individualized education plans (IEPs).
Collaboration : Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement effective strategies that support student success in the classroom and beyond.
Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs, create treatment plans, and monitor progress to adjust interventions as necessary.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and thorough records of student progress, therapy sessions, and any necessary communication with parents and school staff.

Qualifications :
Licensure : Must hold a current and active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Massachusetts.
