DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES - 1 POSITION OPEN IN MATTESON, IL
Promote and assist the Executive Directors in developing innovative treatment programs and treatment foster care service delivery systems to better serve the youth and families.
Advocate on behalf of youth and youth services systems in individual and system advocacy. Promote and assist the Executive Director in developing training programs related to the professional growth and development of the treatment foster or biological families and clinical treatment of youth.
Provide case consultation and clinical support to the treatment teams. Assist in the submission of grant request proposals.
Present workshops at conferences on NYAP relevant treatment services. Assist in enhancing the clinical treatment delivery of the services for youth throughout NYAP.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Master's degree in Social Work or Social Services or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years related experience as Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker / Psychotherapist, Clinical Social Worker Intern, or in a related field.
- State of IL Clinical Social Worker license required.
Salary : $150,000.00 / year
