Accounting Specialist

In this role, you'll support internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate, timely financial operations-perfect for someone who enjoys numbers and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Salary : $44,000 - $45,000 / year

Responsibilities :

• Process vendor payments (ACH, checks, wires, credit cards).
• Handle high-volume invoice entry and route for approval.
• Prepare monthly expense reports with proper documentation.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and reconcile accounts.
• Track intercompany receivables and payables.
• Support month-end close and cross-functional projects.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company values.
