About The Position
Job Title : Special Procedure Technologist Job Specialty : Special Procedures Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of one year in interventional radiology License : ARRT and State Radiology Technologist License required;
Vascular Interventional Radiography credential must be obtained within 18 months of start. Certifications : ARRT, BLS Must-Have : - Experience in interventional radiology - ARRT certification - State Radiology Technologist License - BLS certification Job Description : - Join a dedicated care team assisting neuro surgeons in endovascular cases.
- Gain hands-on experience in scrubbing, assisting, driving the x-ray table, circulating, and filming cases. - Engage in procedures such as thrombectomies, aneurysm embolizations, carotid stents, venous sinus stents, and MMA embolizations.
- Utilize common equipment like Pipeline, WEB, coils, trufill glue, onyx, Solitaire, CAT5, and Penumbra aspiration. - Enjoy the privilege of OR scrubs being provided.
