Job Title : Material Handler

Job Type : Full time; Consultant ( 6 months)

Pay Rate : 16.75

Schedule : 1st Shift 7 : 30am-4pm

About the Role :

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment where you'll be responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing materials within a storage facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse while handling materials with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities :

Load and unload materials within a warehouse or storage facility using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment.

Move materials to and from aircraft, trucks, or trains.

Maintain organization and proper storage of materials within the facility.

Follow established guidelines and instructions to perform tasks.

Ensure safety and compliance with all safety procedures while handling materials.

Report directly to the supervisor or manager and work under immediate supervision.

Qualifications : Required :

High School Diploma (a plus).

Ability to lift and carry items over 30 lbs regularly.

Ability to work in an environment with potential exposure to machine, chemical, biological, or other physical risks.

Ability to follow established guidelines and work under supervision.

Preferred :

0-2 years of experience in a material handling or related field.

Familiarity with warehouse practices and procedures.

Pay Details : 16.75 per hour
