HVAC Project Manager Opportunity
Are you an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking to join a respected and growing company? Our company boasts years of proven excellence and is continuing to expand, showing no signs of slowing down.
About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team and manage a diverse range of projects, including residential (single and multi-family), light commercial, and light industrial.
If you bring 5+ years of HVAC project management experience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial goals are met
- Utilize CAAD for project planning and execution (experience is a plus)
- Proficiently handle HVAC design, estimating, blueprints, and takeoffs
- Experience with automation and controls is a bonus
What We're Looking For :
- 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Solid project budgeting skills
- CAAD experience
- Expertise in HVAC design, estimating, blueprints, and takeoffs
- Knowledge of automation and controls
