Your Mission

Livian Suburban Chicago has an immediate opening for an Inside Sale Agent (ISA). We are seeking a hungry, humble, and smart Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

This individual will develop a consistent pipeline of high quality leads to be supplied to our real estate agents across the country.

What does a successful Inside Sales Associate do?

This position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be motivated by making hundreds of calls per day to qualify prospects and set appointments for real estate agents on our team.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Setting qualified appointments for the sales agents
• Assisting in sales agent database follow up
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications :

• Current Real Estate License (applications without at current RE license will not be considered)
• You know MAC, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive. You are a quick learner with new software and programs. You are not afraid.
• You are detailed with data entry in spreadsheets and various software applications.
• Two years sales experience is preferred.
• Focus on results!
