Job Description :
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality of life and educational experience for students with physical disabilities or impairments.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve students' motor skills, mobility, and physical functioning.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing appropriate therapeutic equipment and techniques.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents with physical disabilities, preferably in a school-based setting.
