Join Our Team as a Palliative Care Physician!

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families? At Dignity Health Medical Group in Phoenix, Arizona, we are seeking a dedicated Palliative Care Physician to provide compassionate care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. What You'll Do

  • Direct Patient Care : Provide exceptional care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Mentorship : Supervise and teach fellows in the Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship program.
  • Work Schedule : Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, along with rotational weekend hospital and call coverage.
  • Collaborate : Be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications : MD or DO degree with successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program and a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
  • Passion : A genuine commitment to providing clinically excellent care.
  • Certification : Active / Eligible ABMS certification in Internal Medicine or Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine.
  • Licensure : Must have or be eligible for an Arizona State medical license.
  • Privileges : Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.
