Position : Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Type : Full-Time, 1099 Contract
Hours : 30-42 hours / week (Monday-Sunday)
Location : Kingwood / Houston Area
Pay Rate : $15.15 / hour

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide direct support services to clients in their homes and the community.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support clients in developing and maintaining independent living skills.
- Accompany clients to appointments, recreational activities, and community events.
- Document services provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean background check.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in the Kingwood / Houston area.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
