About Inventive

At Inventive, our mission is to build intelligence that helps B2B sales teams win deals. Our product, an AI copilot for sales teams, assists them in responding to and winning RFPs and sales questionnaires.

By leveraging Inventive, sales teams can improve their efficiency by 70+%, and craft high-quality proposals, significantly enhancing their chances of securing successful deals.

We graduated from YCombinator in the summer of 2023. We have raised a seed round from Valley's top investors (General Catalyst, Sierra Ventures & Soma Cap).

Our founding team comprises a repeat founder with a successful exit (post series-B, 150 employees) , and product & research leaders from Google Brain and Stanford .

We are very early but moving and growing fast.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate to lead our UX Design efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to join an early-stage company and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, alongside successful founders and sharp minds in AI and enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

  • Own the UI / UX efforts : Drive the UI / UX work by working with founders, engineers and other design collaborators.
  • Conduct user research to drive design : Help inform product decisions in close collaboration with the founding team.
  • Iteration & feedback : Regularly seek feedback from clients, identify areas of friction, and produce dev-ready designs & prototypes to make quick iterations on the product.
  • Push the design boundaries : Be a thought leader and push the UX boundaries in this new age of AI-first products.
  • Visual design : Help with other branding work as it comes up (website design, deck refinement, etc.).

  • You have experience building B2B and / or AI-first products.
