This is a 13-week contract position.
\n\nSchedule\n
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) with every other weekend coverage. Patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends are 1 : 2, with occasional 1 : 1 based on acuity.
\n\nJob Description\n
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients, managing complex conditions such as respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, sepsis, and multiple organ failure. The nurse will work closely with interdisciplinary support teams including IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy to deliver comprehensive patient care.
