Overview : Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based position in Aurora, Colorado, for the 24 / 25 school year.

Responsibilities :
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress
Requirements :
- For SLP : Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Colorado SLP license
- For SLPA : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance and Colorado SLPA license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred for SLPs
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
State-Specific Requirements :
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification for SLPs and SLPAs
- Background check and fingerprinting as required by the state of Colorado
