Job Description : We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of high-end custom home construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury home building, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of custom home construction projects from pre-construction through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and any potential risks or delays.
  • Coordinate inspections, permits, and approvals necessary for project completion.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end custom home construction, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
