What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and manage budgets for new store development or renovation projects
- Manage and monitor project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate all phases of the development process with cross-functional teams
- Oversee permitting and approval phase of the development process
- Maintain relationships with external professionals and consultants
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project management for construction projects
- 5+ years of experience in delivering concurrent projects in a retail or restaurant environment
- 7+ years of experience in bidding and negotiating for construction projects
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and planning for construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft365, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and project or construction management program(s)

Experience in a healthcare-related service
