Call Center Representative
Job Description
Our client, a international insurance organization, is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team in the South County area! The ideal candidate will have experience with order processing in the same or similar industry!
Job Title : Call Center Representative
Location : South St. Louis County
Status : Temporary
Schedule : Mon - Fri, Days
Compensation : $19-22 / hr
Overview of the Role :
- Supporting customers in starting their insurance claims.
- Recommend products based on client's needs, explaining warranties, and proving quotes / estimates.
- Serving as main point of contact for assigned Customers and Accounts, assisting with any account set-ups and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or higher in Business or other related fields preferred.
- 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating accounts.
- 2+ years of experience in order entry and management.
- Strong computer skills.
- Professional communication skills
