Job Description

Our client, a international insurance organization, is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team in the South County area! The ideal candidate will have experience with order processing in the same or similar industry!

Job Title : Call Center Representative

Location : South St. Louis County

Status : Temporary

Schedule : Mon - Fri, Days

Compensation : $19-22 / hr

Overview of the Role :

  • Supporting customers in starting their insurance claims.
  • Recommend products based on client's needs, explaining warranties, and proving quotes / estimates.
  • Serving as main point of contact for assigned Customers and Accounts, assisting with any account set-ups and management to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or higher in Business or other related fields preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating accounts.
  • 2+ years of experience in order entry and management.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Professional communication skills
