Outside Sales Associate - AZ / NM Location : Remote Job Description Thibaut is looking for the right candidate to ensure the clients in our Arizona territory receive the service and follow up required for optimal experience, which will lead to sales growth.

This role will help to broaden the sales channels in all segments of the business and drive the strategic initiatives for sales growth.

Developing new accounts will be a top focus.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist in maintaining and growing existing client base
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure personal and team sales are achieved as directed by Management
• Aggressively pursue leads to acquire new clients
• Travel within the territory is required
• Educate clients, including new, showroom and direct customers, on our products and services by providing product presentations
• Promote Thibaut through multiple social media platforms
• Actively participate in showroom events. Attendance at industry events is strongly recommended
• Maintain continuous contact with clients, soliciting appropriate feedback and using information to build selling strengths
• Incorporate effective negotiation techniques and strategically utilize competitor information to wisely promote our products
• Develop thorough product knowledge through day to day selling activities, research and participation in vendor and product training
• Providing best in class Customer Experience
• Prospecting for new clients is key to achieving sales growth
• At all times represent the core values and brand proposition of Thibaut
• Adoption and utilization of our CRM

Job Requirements A minimum of two years sales experience in the Home Furnishings Industry.
