Escalation Analyst
This is a remoteposition.
Paradigm is searching for an EscalationAnalyst to support our client a global leader in the legalindustry. The Escalation Analyst will assist in the development ofimproved processes and best practices for appropriately resolvingand reducing escalations from the Contact Center and ClaimsServices departments.
Escalations require research and frequentproblemsolving providing responses that are both thorough andclear.

As an Escalation Analyst you will :
Provide timely and accurate responses to current and pastdueescalations demonstrating a sense of urgency.
Assist in developing FAQs and identifyingdeficiencies and other opportunities to reduce escalations.
Operating StandardsParticipate in the development and implementation of a set ofstandards by which all escalation staff operate to create a culturethat demonstrates similar level of service regardless of theproject work assigned.
Research & Communication Research complex claim inquiriesand process issues while appropriately communicating findings withproject teams claimants and / or other operational departments.
This position is responsiblefor fostering a team environment and building cooperation betweenclient services and other departments to provide the highestquality service standards.
Respond directly to actual callers / claimants as needed.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes :
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer ServiceCoordinator high volume Administrative Assistant or closely relatedposition
process informationin a fastpaced environment are required
Experience with MS Office Suite specifically Word Exceland Outlook
A selfstarter : someone who is able to work well on own without close supervision
High attention to detail
Strong understanding of legaldocuments such as court orders and settlement agreements preferred
