As the Executive Director of Cancer Care Services, you will oversee a new outpatient specialty center, manage over 100 full-time employees, lead a 60-bed infusion center, and collaborate with nearly 20 providers and 8 Advanced Practice Providers.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Service Lines, this role is pivotal in driving market growth, strategic partnerships, and leadership in mergers and acquisitions.
Key responsibilities include leading revenue growth initiatives, implementing and managing healthcare programs, spearheading strategic initiatives with over 45 specialty providers, and establishing key partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare oncology, progressive leadership experience, and a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Services, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
