Key responsibilities of a Sales Representative :
- Field based sales - identifying and prospecting new business opportunities
- Face to face cold calling - building great rapports, identifying needs, and selling the right solutions for our customer
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries / leads to create new customer accounts
- Ensuring all customers receive a superb service and any issues resolved to high satisfaction
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information / CRM
