Job Details :
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team within the Commercial Construction industry.
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and finalization of our projects.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial construction projects and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality services.
You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish, including design, construction, and handover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors, ensuring that all work is performed according to plan.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformity to design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and standards.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Sr Project Manager role within the Construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent ability to manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Ability to travel as needed to construction sites.
