Title of Position : Restaurant General Manager
Job Description : As a Restaurant General Manager your responsibilities would include the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met both in the front of house and the back of house.
As Restaurant General Manager it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team.
Recognizing your team members are also eager to develop within their careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role.
Our Management team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor, inspiring the team and delighting every guest, every time.

Qualifications
- The Restaurant General Manager must have high-volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
- A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
- A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
- The Restaurant General Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
