Job Title : Nurse Case Manager
Location : Onsite for the first 90 days (probationary), then Hybrid (local)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Salary : $68,000 - $70,000 (higher for the right candidate)
License : Active RN or LPN required

This desk-based role offers a stable schedule with no overtime or weekends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review medical info to support insurance approvals.
- Manage healthcare benefits cases for union members.
- Communicate with providers, insurers, and members for timely benefits processing.
- Maintain detailed case records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Help develop processes to streamline case management and approvals.
- Educate union members on their benefits and healthcare options.
Qualifications :
- Active RN or LPN license.
- 2+ years of nursing experience (case management / admin preferred).
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and insurance processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient with healthcare management software and office tools.
