Case Manager

A company is looking for a Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Engage patients and families to build relationships, provide education, and manage complex issues related to therapy

Assist in obtaining insurance approval and enroll patients in financial assistance programs

Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and specialty pharmacies to ensure patient access to therapy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a patient-facing role related to case management or reimbursement

Experience with rare or chronic conditions

Comprehensive understanding of the reimbursement process and related resources

Spanish language fluency highly preferred
