Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for our clinic location in Forest Park. The BCBA will manage a caseload of  4–7 clients , ages 2–7, receiving either focused or comprehensive models of care in a clinic setting. Typical hours are  Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 am–4 : 30 pm .

In addition to client work, this role includes opportunities for professional growth by supporting the supervision of approximately  8 graduate students per semester  in collaboration with the Clinic Director and Regional Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct oversight, training, and ongoing supervision to RBTs and graduate students.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure clinical quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members to support treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture that values sustainability and growth.

Qualifications

  • Illinois Behavior Analyst License (LBA) (required).
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (required).
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (required).
  • 2–4 years of BCBA experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Compensation

  • W2 employment
  • Hourly or Salaried options available ( $65–$75 / hr.) or (80k-100k)
