Patient Service Representative - Bilingual

Scheduling patient appointments, sending reminders, and managing patient wait times.

• Patient Check-in / Out :

Greet patients, collect necessary information, and check them in and out of the facility.

• Insurance Verification and Billing :

Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.

• Patient Records Management :

Update and maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and contact details.

• Administrative Tasks :

Filing paperwork, processing insurance forms, and performing other administrative duties as needed.

• Customer Service :

Provide a positive and helpful experience for patients and their families, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

• Communication :

Act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and other healthcare providers

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 / hr.
