Key responsibilities
- Set up machinery for operation

- Perform regular maintenance on machinery
- Inspect parts for defects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
- Maintain accurate production records
- Follow strict safety and quality control standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Communicate any issues or potential risks to supervisors
- Assist in training new machine operators
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
- Understanding of production procedures
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Basic understanding of computerized machinery
- Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and procedures for machinery
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work in shifts and perform overtime when necessary
- Adherence to quality control standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
