Ourclient is seeking a highly proficient and collaborative ManagerSupply Chain to optimize our supply chain and logistics strategy.
This role will be based at our Central Coast location in SantaMaria CA.
JobSummary
Thesuccessful candidate will lead the development and execution ofsupply chain optimization initiatives enhancing efficiency andproductivity across procurement inventory management anddistribution operations.
KeyResponsibilities
- Implementand maintain a full supply chainstrategy
- Managesupplier performance including time to deliver andcost.
- Workwith stakeholders to optimize supply chainefficiencies.
- Analyzedata and identify costsavings.
- Manageinventory levels to ensure we meet customer demand while minimizingcosts.
- Overseelogistics operations including transportation warehousing anddistribution.
- Developsupplier relationships and negotiatecontracts.
- Preparecost reconciliation reports tracking factors like labor and supplycosts.
- Implementand maintain Key Performance Indicators(KPIs).
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business or supply chain management (Masterspreferred).
- 8years of direct experience (3 years each in procurement andmaterialplanning).
- Experiencewith AS9100 AS9102 and Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraftcontractrequirements.
- Strongproficiency in MRP systems MS Office ERP systems math andstatistics.
- Excellentorganizational problemsolving communication and interpersonalskills.
- Provenleadership and team managementabilities.
- Familiaritywith PowerBI Access and SQL isadvantageous.

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business or supply chainmanagement (Master's preferred). 8+ years of direct experience (3+years each in procurement and material planning).
Experience withAS9100, AS9102, and Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft contractrequirements. Strong proficiency in MRP systems, MS Office, ERPsystems, math, and statistics.
Excellent organizational,problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Provenleadership and team management abilities.
Familiarity with PowerBI,Access, and SQL is advantageous.
