Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Job Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers in both English and Spanish
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further inquiries
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets as set by the management
