Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Desk Patrol in Euclid, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff. Your role involves monitoring entry points, assisting guests, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and communication. Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
