What You’ll Do :

Lead financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and valuations for acquisitions and development opportunities.

Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Support negotiations on debt / equity terms, JV structures, and waterfall modeling.

Monitor asset performance, prepare investment reports, and identify opportunities to maximize returns.

Leverage AI tools and analytics to drive smarter, more efficient decision-making.

What We’re Looking For :

4+ years in real estate development / investments, private equity, or investment banking.

Advanced Excel & financial modeling expertise.

Strong communicator with an outgoing, collaborative personality.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or CFA / CAIA a plus.

Knowledge of Argus, BI tools, or AI applications in finance is a strong advantage.
