We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading AEC organization in California! You are able to based out of one of three client office locations (Sacramento area, Los Angeles area, San Diego area).
In this role, you will lead water resources projects, focusing on studies and designs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage studies and designs for various water resources projects.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
- Develop final design products, conduct study analyses, and deliver quality results.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients.
- Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Foster client relationships, with opportunities for repeat business.
- Prepare and present proposals, marketing plans, and participate in industry events.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in California, or the ability to obtain it within one year.
- 15+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water resources.
- Experience with potable water projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a self-motivated and collaborative approach.
- Experience working with the Army Corps of Engineers.
- Experience with dam and levee projects is a plus.
