Position Details :
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time Internist, Family Medicine Physician or Geriatrician to work with our Geriatric patient population residing in a senior community in Bloomfield, Connecticut, a suburb of the city of Hartford.
Role : Geriatrician or Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
Location : 200 Seabury Drive, Bloomfield, 06002
Setting : 100% geriatric outpatient primary care and consultative services
Schedule : Full- or part-time, flexible schedule, weekdays only
Call : Infrequent phone call for work / life balance

- Peer support from a team of 5 other physicians that provide similar care, plus a team of 18 geriatric providers
- Work alongside Dementia education specialists to provide holistic experience for patients and families
