Store Portfolio Planning Senior Analyst

As a Store Portfolio Planning Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for management of key data elements that influence investments in our portfolio of over 800 stores.

You'll have the opportunity to build processes for effective data management, analyze and visualize data to provide recommendations and collaborate across the organization.

In this role, you'll drive progress through building relationships, clear communication and attention to detail.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you'll do

• Collaborate to develop, manage and evolve governing processes, reporting and tools for store capital investment data critical to building investment plans
• Deliver improved trust, clarity and efficiency around key data elements
• Engage in strategic assessment of data, identifying gaps, connections and providing insights and recommendations to improve investment planning
• Develop strong written and visual content to communicate the store capital investment plan
• Drive alignment across stakeholders & business owners, clearly articulate progress, critical gaps, and escalate risks

Basic qualifications

• 2 years of data analysis and insights experience
• 2 years of experience developing data management process'
• 2 years of experience creating clear visual communication
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Ability to effectively visualize data

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in retail real estate, merchandising or operations
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
