Long Term Care LPN - Seattle WA- Start Date : ASAP- Shift : 8hr Eves- Ratios : 1 : 15-25- Years of Experience REQ : 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care / Transitional Care Experience- First-Timers Accepted : No- Weekend REQ : Every other weekend- Certs REQ : BCLS- Is On-Call REQ?
No- Will this traveler need to float between like units? : Yes - Typically 3 shifts / 24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas- Open to accommodating block schedule?
Yes Pending License Accepted : No; License is required in hand- RTO Restrictions : Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off up to 1 shift per pay periodSpecial Requirements- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
