Pay : $75,000 - 106,000 per year, depending on experience
Location : On-site in Spokane Valley, Washington
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or IT related field; master in business or related field preferred
- Two years of previous experience as a business systems analyst
- Experience in translating user needs into Agile methods
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Able to analyze system records and translate data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated and self-directed

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Discover and document current systems and processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems to better the overall organization throughput
- Prioritize opportunities based on best benefit realization and alignment to objectives
- Develop a strong backlog for developers to execute efficiently and monitor progress and report out on the delivered value
- Lead the refinement and implementation of Business Systems Analyst best practices
- Develop team members to become more effective in identification and execution of solutions
- Collaborate on the shaping of the year-to-year digital strategy and long-term objectives
- Participate in the support and development of systems
- In order to achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be required
- Push for rapid delivery and acceptance
- Other duties as assigned
Working Environment
While performing the duties of this job on Wagstaff premises, work is performed primarily in an adequately lit, well-ventilated, climate-controlled general office environment.
Close computer work is regularly required. The work usually involves minimal physical exertion. The noise level in the general office environment is usually moderate.
This job may require occasional or more frequent interaction with employees on the manufacturing shop floor. While on the shop floor, the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risks of moving equipment and parts, and other risks associated with a manufacturing environment.
Because of this environment and associated risks, coordination with shop floor managers / employees may be necessary before entering the shop floor, and use of job-appropriate personal protective equipment and clothing is required on the shop floor.
The noise level on the shop floor is often loud.
