We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to manage and execute projects that exceed client expectations.

Position Overview :

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring that each is completed on time, within budget, and in line with the highest quality standards.

The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead ground-up construction projects from pre-construction planning through to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects align with client goals, company standards, and local regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including change orders, project reports, and closeout documents.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in ground-up construction for K-12, healthcare, industrial, or retail projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, methods, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
