Position Requirements

- Position is located in Phoenix, AZ at the Service Center (if outside Phoenix, must be willing to re-locate)
- 5+ years of instructional development related experience
- Certifications in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, ADDIE, or related disciplines preferred but not required
- Strong working knowledge of instructional design, learning methodologies, evaluation, and adult learning principles ( ADDIE Model, Design Thinking, Kirkpatrick Model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)
- Competency in design software tools (Camtasia, Adobe Design Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
- Experience with other software, authoring tools and LMS systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office 365, Articulate, Blender, Vyond, etc.
- Basic photography and video skills and ability to operate a variety of cameras, microphones, etc.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with leaders across the company to develop learning content.
- Must have strong organizational, project management, time management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Possess excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills (in English)
- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in Spanish preferred, but not required
