Wisconsin Management Company is hiring a full-time Cleaner & Utility Laborer to perform common area and apartment cleaning and basic maintenance responsibilities at The Highline Apartments, a new, Senior residential property located in Fitchburg.

Job Summary
The Cleaner & Utility Laborer is responsible for the overall upkeep of interior and exterior cleaning of residential buildings and apartments under the direction of the Property Manager.
Principal Duties
- General common area cleaning and upkeep to include office, clubhouse, stairways, hallways, entryways, basement, garage and storage spaces, and other common areas including but not limited to fitness facilities, laundry rooms and community rooms
- Cleaning of vacant apartments after residents move out in preparation for new residents moving in
- Maintaining grounds and parking lots, to include picking up trash, basic landscaping, general grounds maintenance, and snow removal, as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
- Prefer one or more years of experience in manual labor or cleaning field, or in another related area
- Prefer a valid drivers license, a reliable work vehicle and maintain current vehicle insurance
- Must be available for occasional night / weekend work as needed
- Good human relations skills and the ability to work well with others
- Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical capabilities to carry out job responsibilities including the ability to lift 80-100 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, ability to walk, talk and have use of both hands
- Must have basic knowledge and experience in general labor / cleaning and customer service
Schedule
Monday - Friday, some weekends, based on business needs
Pay Range
$14.00-$15.00 / hour DOE
