About The Position
Exciting opportunity in Lake County, California for a dynamic Primary Care PA / NP. Chronic disease management experience is required for this wellness-focused position based on collaborating with Medi-Cal and medicare patients to reverse conditions.
Small lakefront community at the northern end of Wine Country. Full-time, permanent opportunity with a robust benefits package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment options.
