Mfg Sr Coordinator

As an Mfg Sr Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring all inventory is reconciled, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for the entire business unit across all shifts. Our Warehouse Supervisor will manage front line staff and help fill in with other leadership staffing.

Responsibilities

• Own Inventory responsibilities for location.
• Reconcile full goods inventory for the warehouse.
• Troubleshoot inventory variances as required.
• Enter bills of lading, purchases, and transfers.
• Weekly balancing of transfers in / out of another facility.
• Manage the day-to-day inventory process for finished goods in compliance.
• Maintain all documentation per our document retention policy.
• Perform all period close and audit accountabilities (period close performed on period close weekends when required).
• Cycle Counts performed daily.
• Weekly PQI.
• Manage Warehouse Slotting and Sequencing.
• Manage at-risk and product rotation.
• Participate each period close process.
