Summary of role :

The People Reporting and Analytics role is pivotal in leveraging HR data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making within the organization.

This position involves creating insights from people data by leveraging systems, generating reports, and conducting analyses to support various stakeholder and business objectives.

This role will help to assist the business stakeholders understand and create action oriented workplans and KPIs to meet the organizational goals.

Essential Functions :

  • Develop and implement strategies for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to inform decision-making through internal and external business intelligence initiatives
  • Create analytical models, data analysis, and insight generation to inform organizational initiatives and talent decisions ( strategic planning, workforce planning, external reporting)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and provide insights that support their objectives
  • Leverage storytelling for data visualization to bring reporting to action
  • Create customized reports and dashboards to track key metrics for workforce analytics such as hiring, employee turnover, performance, demographics, and other data as needed
  • Analyze people related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity and present to key stakeholders
  • Mentor others within HR on data story telling, report generation, and data interpretation
  • Assist stakeholders in translating the insight to action
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, processes, tools, and best practices in HR reporting, analytics, and intelligence
  • Leading projects on global data manage and utilization of metrics

Qualifications :

  • BA / BS degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Technology preferred
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience leveraging data and intelligence to create insights
  • Demonstrated analytical, analysis, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team dynamic across multiple functional organizations
  • Technical skills to develop dashboards and other insights with programs such as Excel, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Deep Learning, etc
  • Strong visualization, iconography, and infographic experience to easily convey the information and story to the recipient
  • Intellectual curiosity and drive to understand the why and how
  • Ability to work and perform in a fun, agile, and fast paced business environment
