Overview
Mainly leading and supporting the Art Director on 360 campaigns, which include event, digital, print, video editing, VMD, OOH, organic, and paid social media.
Responsibilities :
- Translate design concepts to meet the business needs across all channels.
- Work closely with the Art Director in the development and execution of 360 campaigns and all creative assets for the brand.
- Manage designers and collaborate with project managers while developing new processes and evolving best practices.
- Thoughtfully create high-quality designs for brand campaigns and activations.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Design Team to design and develop visuals and guidelines for crops, websites, etc.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with cross-functional teams such as Digital, Marketing, Integrated Communications, Social, etc.
whose activities intersect with the Creative team.
- Communicate consistently and effectively with the Project Management Team, Art Director, and Creative Director to keep projects on track for on-time delivery.
- Stay informed of emerging industry trends and best practices, and apply them creatively to brand projects.
Qualification and Experience
- 7+ years of design experience at an agency, brand, and / or retail.
- VMD and video editing skills are must-haves.
- Product design, 3D rendering, and modeling skills are a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality for a broad range of OOH print, VMD, event, and digital channels.
- Related experience in beauty, fashion, and / or lifestyle brands preferred.
- BA or higher degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts preferred.
