Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, and Service Mapping modules.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 3. Lead architecture and design discussions, providing expertise in ServiceNow best practices and recommending solutions for complex challenges.
4. Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
5. Implement and optimize ITSM processes, such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management, to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Oversee the configuration and management of CMDB, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data. 7. Utilize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools to enhance visibility and understanding of IT infrastructure.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications. 9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the ServiceNow team.
10. Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices to continuously improve the platform. Qualifications : 1.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
3. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and other relevant certifications are a plus. 4. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
5. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow development. 6. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST / SOAP web services.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 8. Ability to analyze complex problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and mentoring technical teams. 10. Strong documentation skills to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
