The Scheduler / CSR is the first Point of contact for a busy restoration Company. This position is an important resource for helping to make the front office run smoothly.
Education and Experience
High school diploma / GED 2-3 years of experience in an office environment performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Acts in a courteous, professional, customer focus manner
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
- Proficient with MS Office and Quickbooks
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Ability to take down customer orders and input information accurately into the company’s dispatch system.
