Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
New Albany, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing :
- Welcome visitors and answer phones in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Direct visitors and phone calls to appropriate company employees
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public rooms, entryway, and front desk area always
- Daily administrative duties include copying, mailing, typing / computer, processing records, and greeting visitors
- Receive shipments and organize them in appropriate storage areas
- Manage document flow
- Provides the management staff with a variety of administrative support
Who we’re looking for :
- Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Respect confidential information
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone, fax, copier, and other general office equipment
- Have strong knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook calendar scheduling, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn company software
- Essential to be able to prioritize duties while working on multiple projects
- Can work with little supervision
- Gather and track data from online sources
- Some college education is preferred but not required
- One year of experience in general office administrative duties or an equivalent combination of education and experience is a requirement
